Your Performance Remuneration Audit Report

The Audit Report will provide you with a confidential expert assessment of your system’s potential to deliver operating results and the degree to which that potential is being realized. The Report will also discuss ways in which your system could be tweaked and/or modified to improve its effectiveness. All Client data is treated as confidential. Nevertheless I will sign a confidentiality agreement should it be deemed necessary. Your company will be invoiced $US4,750 upon submission.

 

Data requirements

Data required to prepare the Report is as follows:

    1. Identification of the Key Personnel (Rainmakers) within your organisation;
    2. A brief explanation of the nature of the business and corporate structure;
    3. How your Performance Management and Remuneration system works in relation to Key Personnel ( eg. discretionary bonus/defined benefit/share issuance, triggered by KPI achievement, in addition to base salary of $x);
    4. An organisation chart positioning Key Personnel within the reporting structure;
    5. A brief explanation of how the company arrives at target thresholds and a brief history of overall performance attainment against targets for the past three years;
    6. Access to a company officer with whom we can confidentially discuss these questions in addition to related operational/performance issues.
